Join Albemarle Hopeline in honoring survivors in October by drifting flowers down the Pasquotank River to symbolize healing. The mayor of Elizabeth City, Bettie J. Parker, will make a Domestic Violence Awareness Month Proclamation for the city. Flowers will be available and donations in the name of a survivor you know are encouraged to help Albemarle Hopeline fund all of our services.
